Automated DC motor magnet gluing line
The gluing line is designed for gluing various kinds of segments to different types of stators with the possibility to press fit bearing caps or magnetise stator segments.
Plant logistics
Incoming motor components are brought to the gluing line in transport boxes in fixed and oriented positions. Finished products leave the gluing line on a straight conveyor terminated by a safety slide. Operators remove the stators from the conveyor in batches and stack them in transport boxes as required by the end customer. The transport boxes are handled using a manual electric forklift.
